  On my 99 lexus is when fitting new front shock i had to remove the upper balljoint, It is connected to the top arm and then is connected to the hub as seen in the following link: http://toyotamarket.ru/static/eu/A1/decoded_images/480809C.png My problem is that when removing the ball joint, it managed to snap completely off and there is still abit stuck within the hub!

  Hello. The Lexus dealer in the UAE uses a 20w by 50 oil for oil change yet the handbook states this can be used, the handbook also states that the best all round oil to use is a 5W by 30. Given the very hot climate of the UAE avg year round temp of 30 - 35c with a summer average of 40c and dusty conditions is it wise to use the 20w by 50w or a different oil, will a 20w by 50 be more stable at higher temperatures.
