• Citroen - 02 1.9d Cambelt advice 23 Nov 2009 (Forum)
  I took my Diesel LX600van to Citroen for the routine 80,000 mile service that includes cambelt change. They replaced the belt but not the tensioner and pully. and yes, 16 months and 17,000 miles later, the pulley seized, which broke the cam and I needed a replacement engine.

  BUT how to replace it! The Haynes manuals for xsara's stop at W reg. (you have to use a haynes 4281 a general citroen diesel manual for the engine only) I've been told replacing indicator stalks on citroens can be right horror show! Any ideas or should i put it in a garage.

  Hello, I have a 9 month old Citroen C4 Grand... sadly, now with a cigarette burn on the passenger seat (not from me I hasten to add - GRRRR). The car is a contract hire from Citroen Contract Motoring so I am liable for the damage.
