Toyota Land Cruiser LC (2003 - 2009 ) - 08 2.8 Parking Sensors 15 Dec 2009 (Forum)
Hi, rear parking sensors are not working (mind the wall!). Switch on dash turns front ones on/off, switch in nearside storage bin in load compartment turns rear ones on/off. Neither switch changed, absolutely NO information in handbook. Any ideas? Is there a fuse? Which one and where? or any other help appreciated. Thanks. -

Ashtray/Cd tray Mk5 Fiesta 28 Aug 2003 (Forum)
I have a Mk5 fiesta and it came as standard with a ashtray fitted. I have seen several other Mk5's that are fitted with a Cd storage tray/coin holder fitted as a optional fit item instead of the ashtray. Does anyone know if this is available as a spare part conversion, i've tried my ford dealer and they are saying that its a production line fitted item only. -

Winter storage of my convertible - Advice please! 30 Sep 2009 (Forum)
I painted the garage floor with suitable floor paint (two coats) last weekend to keep the dust down, but now need to see what I need to do next as far as suitable storage is concerned. Someone suggested one of those electric oil filled radiators set with a thermostat would be a good idea, but I guessed that with a non-insulated garage door, no cavity wall, etc that this would not have any influence on the general garage temperature and might well cost a fortune (mind you, if it cost say £100 in electricity a year and worked to prevent rot and rust I am happy with that). -

Flat roof :felt or fibre glass 31 Mar 2015 (Forum)
Knowing the wide range of knowledge and experience on the forum I wondered if anyone could give any pointers. I have a small outdoor storage area, about 4mx2m, with a felt flat roof. This now needs replacing and I am considering having glass fibre instead of felt. I have been told glass fibre will have a life expectancy of 20 years so could prove more cost effective. -

1967 Wolseley 6/110 MkII - Front hubs 14 Jul 2017 (Forum)
After 26 years storage my Wolseley 6/110 MkII has seized front hubs, probably due to rust between the disc and the shoes. When I was using it I used to buy rear hub bearings that were the same as that used on the London black taxi.
