How should I fit deeper profile tyres to my Chevrolet Orlando?

I have just purchased a Chevrolet Orlando with 235/45R18's. If I wanted deeper profile tyres do I need to change wheels? Also what would you recommend for winter with existing wheels? Different tyres, or tyres and wheels? I haven’t got room for storage.

To fit deeper profile tyres you have to go down a wheel size or two. I don't recommend 235/45R18 winter tyres on this vehicle. Better to go down to the 16-inch alloy wheels with 215/60 R16 tyres from the LS version. Rent a store for bits you can’t accommodate. I do.
