A Grand Monday: Porsche 924S 17 Feb 2014 (News)
It's an original, honest example, complete, with an immaculate interior, good service history, new brakes and premium tyres all round. All that seems to let it down is that insurance status - and a few stone chips and one or two other battle scars. It's clearly owned by an enthusiast - he has nine cars - and thanks to those blemishes, that price is surely going to be a little negotiable. -

As a result, early Marinas were slated by the press. -

It’s currently sitting on MG wheels and has blue-tinted rear Lexus lights. It also has drilled and grooved front brake discs with Mintex Green Stuff pads. The K&N air filter has been removed and a new, standard one has been fitted. The car has plenty to keep the budding spanner-wrangler happy. The indicators don’t self-cancel, there’s an oil leak from the O-ring seal on the camshaft, and there’s a squeal on start up.
