  Just seen some new signs on the M25, I saw them between j11 - j10 anti clock. Blue and white M25 B 75.8 M25 B 75.3 They are counting down, in .5's (tho there was a .4 gap) New kilometre markings? they are very visible and quite large.

  After the car (Honda Accord) has been running for a while (20 minutes plus) there is a distinct burning smell coming into the car when the aircon is on, but not when the normal heater/fan are on. It\'s a sort of an electrical burning smell. Anyone know what this could be?

  Does anybody know what make of 2lt. DTI diesel will be in an S registered Rover 620 SDI? The top of the engine is heavily shrouded which makes identifing the engine manufacturer difficult. Handbook says Rover, but I suspect it is originated by either Peugeot, Citroen or Perkins.

  Road maps give the spelling of a village near Mablethorpe in Lincolnshire as Theddlethorpe St Helen, but local road signs have an "s" added at the end, i.e. Theddlethorpe St Helens. Which is correct, and who is the definitive authority on the spelling of place names? L'escargot by name, but not by nature.
