  . Elsewhere, Kahn Design will showcase its coach-built Vengeance Volante, which is based on the Aston Martin DB9, while  David Brown Automotive’s latest creation – the Mini Remastered – will also make its world debut. A number of classics will be at the show, including the aero-engined 1933 Napier-Railton Special. The 24-litre racer secured 42 world and international records between 1933 and 1937, with its Brooklands Outer Circuit lap record of 143.44mph in 1935 among the most famous.  In addition to the cars, visitors will also get the chance to learn about the latest technology through exhibits from companies showcasing developments related to safety, electric vehicles, fuel alternatives and even driverless cars.  Tickets for the   London Motor Show are on sale now from £15; however, you can go for free because we've got three pairs of tickets to giveaway.

  There will be an 1899 Wolseley Voiturette (pictured above), the first four-wheel car that Herbert Austin designed. And a 1965 sectioned Austin Mini will be on show. The displays will also highlight the role of the people who designed, built and used the products of the British motor industry. One example will be a selection of recipe cards for meals served in the 25 staff canteens at Longbridge in Birmingham.

  There’s also a 1968 Vanden Plas Princess 1300 (£1500-£3000) that could provide affordable family classic motoring. If your budget can be stretched upwards, then the 1998 Mini Paul Smith Special Edition looks like a good buy. This Japanese import is based on a standard Cooper. Just 300 were produced for the UK market and 1500 scheduled for Japan. It has a host of special features, including gold plated Paul Smith bonnet badge, special dash clocks, air conditioning and one-off Paul Smith blue paint.

  Other low-mileage classics joining the Saab at the auction include a barn find 1980 MGB, with one registered keeper and showing 181 miles from new offered at no reserve. Also offered is an original 1977 Mini Clubman that has covered 8703 miles. Originally sold on 14 October, 1977, the car was resold on 28 April, 1978, to a friend of the original owner. Garaged in 1985 when she stopped driving, the car was put away and never used again.
