Any - seat belt replacement 3 Apr 2016 (Forum)
I see a question today on this on Ask HJ. I have solved slow seat belts in old cars by pulling out the belts to their full extent and spraying with a silicon aerosol. I think it was recommended by a backroomer a few years ago. Anyway worth a try before replacing the belts or paying a garage. -

Surely the driver should be paying attention to the conditions, and that includes eyes and ears. -
