  So, my daughter took possession of a 2020 T-Roc this morning, the 150hp 1.5 engine mated to the DQ200 dry clutch 7 speed box. It's a wonderful, smooth and quick thing to drive at the moment but obviously having followed this forum for a while, I'm aware there can be issues and indeed many here would avoid like the plague.

  I have tried to explain that this gearbox has a known issue and that vw has issued recall of this 7 speed dsg dq200 gearbox that had a fault with the wrong oil being put into it from manufacturer which causes the mechatronic unit to fail causing full failure of the gearbox. The car is out of the 3 year warranty but not of the 60000 miles and the gearbox is due service at 40000.
