  Hello everyone, I have a Peugeot 307 1.6 16V 2004 model petrol, automatic (AL4). Here is the problem: When I am driving downhill in the second gear and at around 1100-1300 rpm, rpm counter surges to 2200 rpm and goes back down where it starts and it does this exactly 3 times whenever I try.

  Hi I have a Vauxhall astra mk4 my automatic choke no longer comes on in a morning even when it's frozen outside it worked about 4week ago.everytime I start the car in a morning it goes to 1000 rpm and drops straight to 700 rpm in seconds it used to be 1200 for approximate 2 minutes then droped what feeds the ecu with the info for it to work correctly my coolant temp sensor seams to work fine the Gage goes up ect any info would be great

  Hi, I have a 2002 Skoda Octavia Automatic transmission 1.9 TDI with 260K miles done. There is no power when accelerating and very slow to change gear upwsrds or sometimes refuses to change upwards at all. The maximum amount of revs is 3000-3500.

  Hi, The automatic (rain sensing) wiper function on my 2006 Grand Scenic sometimes doesn't work. This doesn't happen very often but if I put the wipers in 'auto' mode (setting II on the wipers stalk) they continue to wipe when the screen is dry.

  Hi all, Can anyone tell me if it is possible to change the automatic tensioner with the engine in situ? The Haynes manual does not cover the actual part. The whole thing has come out of it's housing and has a very strong spring, I'm not sure if it can be done at all, as I have no idea how it is secured.
