  So my timing belt question for this didn't go too well. Here is another. The car in question is an S reg 626 Intrigue with around 40k on. Any ideas for the price please. It's not for me but I'd figure around 3k. Many thanks Adam

  Can anyone please tell me if any other Peugeot engine will match up to the Boxer 2.5D gearbox as trying to get hold of a reasonably priced S/H 2.5 is very difficult. Is it possible to convert to a 1.9D with a conversion plate maybe?

  Decided to change the oil in wife\'s 1400cc Astra this evening. Found out I do not have enough oil to refill. Can I put 10w-40w diesel oil in to complete the change? Cheers Peter

  Have just kerbed N/S/F alloy on my beloved new car for first time. Not serious damage, but would like to keep them looking beautiful. Is there anything I can do to hide/repair the scratches, or do I just have to accept the inevitability of this?

  Bit in today's Telegraph quoting Harriet Harman, the Solicitor General, saying that 700 cyclists were prosecuted last year, 600 convicted and 500 fined. She said "The C P S is well aware that the law applies to cyclists in the same way that it applies to everybody else". Oh, goody!.
