  Manheim, will be holding an 800 vehicle auction of used Citroens over two days at Bruntingthorpe tomorrow Thursday 5 th and Friday 6 th of February.   Citroën has relaunched its VAT Free offer, to help buyers shed pounds off the cost of the best-selling Citroën Xsara Picasso, C5 saloon and estate and C8. Citroen's latest VAT free diet, available only until the end of June 2003, will allow customers to save up to £4,000. Citroën's will pay the VAT on every new Xsara Picasso, C5 and C8 sold during the remainder of the month, making the Xsara Picasso available from just £11,167 on the road, the C5 from £12,614 and the C8 from £15,680.
