Disappointing Reliability Overshadows Volvo C40 Recharge Twin Pro

As an owner of the Volvo C40 Recharge Twin Pro, I had high hopes for a premium EV experience, but unfortunately, it has been a frustrating journey. I’ve encountered multiple serious issues, including a persistent windscreen leak and two TCAM failures—one of which caused an MOT failure as the warning light would not clear. Most alarming was a total loss of braking caused by a recall intended to fix the rear camera, which was later reissued to correct the brake issue.

While the car’s design and performance have potential, the recurring reliability problems and safety-related recalls have severely undermined my confidence in this model. Prospective buyers should be aware of these issues before committing.
