A car for an enthusiast

Having owned a couple of diesel Saab's before going German I always said that I would like to own the Turbo X one day.. then after a few expensive trips to Audi garages I decided to get one. That was when I understood the saying "be careful what you wish for".
Overall the excitement of the car made the following months great fun, the car is quick in acceleration from starting position or the pull for overtaking in the higher gears, the turbo lag isn't as bad as other cars I have owned. Ride is stiff but not unbearable considering they are sitting on 19" alloys and a stiffer suspension however car doesn't handle the corners all that well in my opinion.
One great thing that cant be taken away from this car is the noise of the V6... makes an impression sitting still however the down side is that you want to hear the note more and more which has an impact on the MPG. Overall I think that the car looks good, sounds great, performs as well as any of the over priced German marques as well as doing it in comfort, but this car is gutsy on the petrol and £505 per year for Road Tax is off-putting but not as much as the costs to keep this car serviced and road worthy.
