Crabbing at low speeds a concern

The car looks ok, but the crabbing issue is a killer. The car is not a good driving experience and I will not advise anyone to buy this car, and in general a Mercedes Benz, ever again. Mercedes reckons it is not a fault, but I have never bought a car with a manufacturing fault, where the manufacturer denies it is a fault before. They are definitely taking Mercedes drivers for a ride here.
