All about the comfort...

I bought this car to replace a 2001 BMW 325CI which has begun to cost a whole load of money.

In my opinion the Is250 is a really underrated saloon which although thirsty on fuel, makes up for it by being so reliable!

I got my SE-L for £5k and it has absolutely everything you could want in terms of gadgets. The rear reversing camera is my particular favourite for being super handy when parking round London.

Performance is pretty good. 208bhp is decent and it's delivered very smoothly through the 6 speed auto gearbox.

Handling is pretty sharp, not as fun as my 325ci but it never feels like it's lacking grip.

Interior rear legroom is poor and the boot could of been bigger. However it's still enough for two medium sized suitcases.
The seats are super comfy making it a motorway dream.

One niggle for me is that the paint does scratch easily. However for the age of these cars it isn't a big negative.

As others have said the mpg is poor relative to modern cars however great based on my past cars! The lexus does 25mpg round London and 37mpg on a run.

Overall, its not particularly stylish however it won't let you down and will get you to your destination in serene comfort.
