Engine has just failed at 63,000 miles. The crank shaft has broken and the turbo also needs replacing. The car has been fully serviced and nice to drive until now. Been quoted £17,000 to repair. It's almost a write off. I will never buy another Landrover. It is totally unreasonable to expect to have to fit a new engine after such little mileage. Ive owned the car since new.
Also in the last 18 months I have had 3 different window actuators replaced and an electrical fault, costing £2,000 in total.
