Great Car but take care with PHEV version. My car achieved nowhere near claimed range on full charge

I bought 3 month old DS7 E Tense plug in hybrid from Evans Halshaw York in December2021. Its range on full charge claimed by DS 36 miles. I expected 26-28 but achieved 17 to 18 over a 3 ½ month period. Requested return and refund within 7 days as per Evans Halshaw money back guarantee. Refused.
I continued my request for redress over 3 ½ months but the Head of Business did not address my concerns, misrepresented my actions and gave misleading and inaccurate responses. He even claimed that 11 to 15 miles range was acceptable
Beware this dealership. Their money back guarantee was worthless and management attitudes to customer relations and satisfaction seem very poor.

The DS7, IMO, is a great car but be careful with the plug in Hybrid to check range achieved before buying.
