Corsa B 2000 - How to enter a radio code when there's no display

Corsa B 2000 - How to enter a radio code when there's no display - jikky

Recently purchased a Corsa B Envoy (2000) with no radio.

Radio purchased now.

As it's an older type radio there is no digital display (like on the Corsa C, that shows "SAFE")

How do I know when the radio is actually working and ready to accept the code?

There doesn't seem to be any display on it to show when it is is operating.

Any advice would be helpful..

The display for the radio is on top of the dash,above heater vents.With radio not in use,it will display time and outside temperature.hth
