Bought a Philips radio/cassette (SC 201) as the Corsa I bought last week didn't have one !

These radios have no display, so how do I tell when th unit is "live" and ready to enter the code?

I presume there is a fuse somewhere controlling the supply to the radio that I need to trace?

I ask, because I need to know if the radio I have bought is actually "any good" before I spend money getting a code for it.

Any advice you can offer will be a great help.
