I read a lot of reviews online and loads of people talk a lot about HGV training companies.
So i wanted to share my experience and let people ask me questions if they have any.
I trained with Easy as HGV - i did a 5 day CAT C course with them and found the whole experience really really good.
When i paid i thought i might have made a bad decision because i looked around and they weren't the cheapest but they did help with finding a job afterwards and did the multi choice theory bits included aswell.
After my medical i sent the forms off and got that done no probs, phoned to book my theory which they had the revision for me and booked in the test too, it was in the price.
Once that was done I did two on one training on my 5 day course, so there was me and an instructor and another person in the lorry. At first I thought it wouldn't be a good idea but then found out you get more hours in there and you get to watch someone else make mistakes and think you;d do it better!
I trined with A1 Hgv in Weedon, great bunch of guys, the instructors really know what they are talking about! Didn't pass first time because i hit a kurb, but i got a retest about 3 weeks later and did some training before it so passed 2nd time.
My cv got improved lots by them and helped me get a job, i found an agency who took me on and didn't find a job from Easy, but they sent me lots to apply for.
All in all a good service!
