Ford Focus saloon 2005 - Tailgate lift assembly - gas - Millysmum

The tailgate keeps falling down but the Ford main dealer wants £86 for a pair.

I looked briefly on a website and found them cheaper but now I want to order them I can't find them.

I put in the part no. 1321021 but all the sites come back and say they can't find a match.

Can anyone suggest a site please before I knock myself out?

Thanks for your reply which I've only just received as the internet has been down.

As soon as I have checked the part numbers I will be ordering.

A website I found was offering used parts but they could be as old as my existing ones.

Your help much appreciated.
