hi i know i have asked this ? but cant find the answear i have water dripping down under the car at the back of the engine what could this be

Is that water visibly emanating from the engine itself and/or you are regularly having to top the coolant up, or is it just that you are finding a puddle developing under the car to the rear of the engine from an unknown source?

If the latter, it's most likely condensate from the air conditioning draining from the heater plenum and nothing to worry about.

Easy test. Water clear ? Or same colour as coolant.

Clear ? Then as above aircon. Relax.

Antifreeze?

Take your pick.. coreplugs, hose, gasket. water pump...

We can't diagnose from what you say. Need side of engine etc.. (No clue about peugeot engines so I will be of no help except generalities.)

If the water is rusty coloured and your coolant is rusty coloured, you have old antifreeeze which needs to be changed before winter AN D a leak,

If you are not squeamish taste the water if its coolant it should taste sweet. You don't say what engine it is but if its an XUD these can leak water due to a failing head gasket..
