I recently acquired a used Magellan Roadmate 1200, fitted wth an SD card for UK and Ireland. The unit is in excellent condition, and the hardware works well.

When searching by postcode, the unit shows the correct destination, but when asked to show the route, comes up with either 'cannot compute route as the destination is further than 300 miles away' (it was 20 miles away) or,'cannot compute route as the starting point and destination are not on the same card'.

Has anyone had this problem and found a solution? Can anyone tell me where I can buy a new UK SD map card, should it prove to be defunct?
