There are two buttons and a flip switch on the right of your steering wheel.

Press the right side of the bottom button turns on the cruise control. To set a speed press the top flip switch down.

If you brake then it turns the cruise off. Or you can press the middle switch marked 'cancel'.

If you have a speed set (and when you activate the cruise a LED set of numbers and symbols appear on the display above the odometer). Then when say you brake the cruise is turned off. To resume your chosen speed flip the top switch up.

Thats the cruise.

The speed limiter (great through average speed traps this).

Works in a similar way you just initiate it by the left side of the bottom button. Then the top toggle switch adjusts the desired speed limit up or down in 1mph increments. Or you can keep the speed you were at when you activated the limiter.

With the limiter of course (unlike cruise control) you do need to push the accelerator to keep up to speed. The point is you can brake speed up etc but you will NOT exceed the set speed, whatever you do.

Different symbols light up to let you know in which system you are using. It's really very easy and intuitive. I use the cruise every day on the A12 and the limiter through those pesky average speed zones. It's such a great thing to have. No more tickets! Good as cruise is you still need to be awake! :)

I have just bought a Nissan Note Acenta, unfortuatly the car did not come with a handbook.

Can anybody tell me how to set up and use the Cruise control and speed limiter on this car.
