Ford Focus 2002 TDCI - Changed fuel manifold sensor now only on two cylin - Dieselian

I have changed the fuel manifold sensor switch as the car was not starting and sometimes cutting out on a run.Now that i have changed the sensor it is off two cylinders.Help please.
