Usual story - it's insurance renewal time, website price finder offers me a policy about £65 less than my current insurer with (on the face of it) better conditions too in terms of excesses etc.
No experience of Zurich Connect, no reviews I can find on interwebs, no meaningful results from a forum search here.
Anybody using them? I doubt my insurer will price match that much and improve their conditions too, although not tried yet.

am with 'em, for second year - at a competitive price (via local agency/broker that family has been using for years), but, having had no claims (touch timber) canna vouch for their service when trouble strikes

Thanks for that - think I'll take that as a plus and give them a try.
Only time I had to make a serious claim I was with Asda, and they couldn't have been better about it. But they're not competitive at all this time. Oh well.

They were lowest for the Audi, but then I changed to the Jag and they were more expensive than my current insurer.
I have used Zurich in the past, but never had a claim and as you know this is when you find out how good an insurance company is.

Zurich have been around for 150+ years. Zurich Connect is their new offering in the UK, although it has been out in some other European markets for a year or so. Older Zurich policies will have been Zurich Solutions which is still available via brokers.
When it comes to claims, I imagine the service will be the same as usual. Most will say good, but a few will have horror stories. That probably applies to all insurance companies.
