Toyota Yaris (1999 - 2005) - OE parts ?

Hi

Does anyone out there know where I can get OE Toyota parts without having to stump up at a main dealers for, as they want £70 for front pads and rear shoes for a 1.0 Yaris, which I think is expensive, or am I out of touch ?

is that £70 for both? ie £35 each end?

I'd be more inclined to get named quality pattern parts from a good motor factor....Mintex, LockheedDelphi etc.

Every bit as good as OE and a good bit cheaper...i always take the old ones for patterns though.

Toyota dealers will negotiate on parts prices as they often offer special discounts..

At least Pinkstones in Stoke on Trent will. Parts department are very helpful. Phone up your lcoal dealer and ask .

Having said that, there are lots of suppliers on ebay.. I bought new discs and pads there: excellent quality.. And drop link bushes..
