00 1.4 - Engine Code AUD - DIY cambelt change? - csgmart
Is a cambelt change on a 1.4 AUD engine a DIY job or best to leave to a garage?

I've done them on the [simpler] AEX engine and it was easy but I think this version of the engine is twin cam and I guess more complicated.

If it needs special tools etc then I would not do it myself.

Thanks PU but I'm enquiring about a 2000 yr engine (it's a car I'm potentially interested in purchasing rather than one I own :-) )

Anyone?
