What happened to the the BMW "Editions" cars? - thegasman
Hi,

Does anybody know what has happened to the "Edition" models of BMW 1, 3 and 5 series that were mentioned on this website and elsewhere recently?
On the 3 series it offered metallic paint, bigger wheels, and leather for £750, and looked very good value.

They appeared on the BMW car configurator at the beginning of March, but they have now gone, along with any mention of "Edition" from the BMW website.

Surely they didn't sell so many cars in two weeks that they withdrew the offer?

Thanks for the reply, but I think you misunderstood my question.

I know what the spec is, but given that all mention of the Edition has been removed from the BMW website, what I'm wondering is do they still sell them?

Sounds to me like there's a model change imminent.Probably for the new model year in September.

I heard an ad for these Edition BMWs on LBC (local London radio) last week. Have you spoken to a dealer about availability?
