Honda Rover - Collos25
Just returned from home in Germany and the brother in law has just bought a brand new Civic in black nice looking car ,in the logbook it states it is a Honda Rover Civic,is there something we are not been told about Rover.

Its not the DVLA its a German car and German log book.
