Ins Co gives back £20 Admin Fee for Policy Change - Falkirk Bairn
A few weeks back I changed the car and the Ins Co charged me £20.00 for changing car details from Honda Civic to X-trail.

I wrote a 1 page letter as I was aggrieved at Esure charging me more (I have been with them 5 yrs x 2 cars and no claims) than a New Policy holder - offered me my £20.00 back today.

The Justification for the charge was for time & producing new Documents.

I pointed out the Green Flag breakdown cover did not charge me for the same changes and they sent me me Documents. Esure said they do not charge for changing their Breakdown Cover either.

The logic fails me -

Esure says it costs them money to produce Ins Docs when a change is made (hence the £20.00). On the otherhand the Esure Breakdown Service Produces Documents for Free if the car is changed.
