Right of Way / Give way? - drew1103
A few months ago I posted the above topis on the forum for a request for hepl and advice. I thought I'd update you with the progress so far. I have been in touch with my insurance company and completed all the required paperwork. My insurance company are stating that WVM is denying hitting my vehicle and says that I hit him. I believe this is going to be a long and drawn out affair and possibly with a 50/50 verdict at the end (which I'm not happy with!!!) Thanks to all who commented. I have taken what you have said on board.

Didn't see your earlier thread but if it's any comfort some while back two characters got got into a pickup truck and reversed into me. I was sitting in the car with the engine off. They got out and laughed, "Look what he's done Mick, driven into us. Never mind we'll let you off mate." No witnesses and just something else I put down to experience and the price of owning a car.
