It's littered with solecisms by the look of it - just skimming yields "MIB's principle obligation..." and "How do uninsured drivers effect my car insurance premium".

I hope they have done a better job of drafting their insurance contracts.

They are a broker, not an insurer.

At least they're upfront about their charges; which I copy here for you all to consider and remember that your own broker will almost certainly be charging similar amounts, and these are over and above what your insurer charges.

Insofar as the faq is concerned, it was reasonably good if a little simplistic. Good introduction to insurance but not something one wshould make complex or important decisions upon. However, your average drvier could do a lot worse than to read and remember it.
