scratches to Honda Civic sport

scratches to Honda Civic sport - sattie

I have a Midnight blue civic sport Y registration with some stratches which are not very deep, but still very visible. [ this could have been down by someone pushing a trolley against the car.

What can I do without having to go to a Honda dealer and having to pay astronomical sums.

Sattie, try an abrasive polish such as T cut or Autoglym's mild abrasive polish. This will reduce if not remove the scratches. Some people speak highly of colour magic polish, which personally I have found poor, but it may be worth a go.

Get a quote from a scratch / dent master style repair company and an independant body shop. These companies seem to be poping up everywere cashing in on the high cost of returning a mobility / personal lease car with minor scratches and dents.
