Basically I was driving SWMBO's Car when I was hit by another Vechile whilst Stationary.
Anyway I phone up my Insurance Company who tell me it is going through a Company called Angel Assist who deal with these Third Party Only type Claims.
Strange thing is last time something like this happened to me my Insurance Company dealt with it all after I had produced an Repair Estimate and just claimed off the other persons Insurance.
Has anyone else had this happen ?

Are you Third Party insurance rather than fully comp? If so then it's nothing to do with your insurance company unless you have 'legal cover/uninsured loss recovery'.

As I was driving her Car I am only covered 3rd Party when driving her car.
My own Policy is Fully Comp.

Then neither her company or yours will have anything to do with it I'm afraid, if you had been at fault then they would pay out to someone else, but they won't do anything for you as regards your claim off a third party...

Correct - you're third party I'm afraid.
Hopefully this one will be settled in her/your favour. Is the car still OK to drive?

Car is Driveable but obviously when it comes to selling it's gonna be a problem. Hopefully the Company now taking on the claim can get a result as it was actually a large company's Lorry that hit me and he phoned his manager straight away and explained what happened and admitted liabilty.

I suspect that you'll have few if any probs then.
Quite often these outfits will use special claims handling centres to work with their insurers. In my case, my vehicle was hit whilst parked by a national builders merchant chain lorry (I have an account with them actually!). The branch gave me a telephone number to call. This turned out to be a third party claim handling centre. The branch faxed their report through to the claim centre and they took over from thare.
I had no problems whatsoever. Indeed there was damage on the wing mirror which was near the visible damage, and I admitted to them that I was unsure whether this was caused at the same time. Their response was "well it's 99% likely it is so we'll pay for that as well".

This will not have any effect on your civil claim, but for reference it may be worth checking your policy documents to make sure that the driving other cars extension applies to cars owned by your spouse/partner. Obviously if you haven't had to produce your documents to the police it won't be an issue, but you may have technically been driving uninsured.
For what it's worth, unless you and your partner have wildly differing driving histories it may actually be cheaper to have each other on your respective insurance policies, and is unlikely to cost very much at all. Certainly if you're both insured fully comp, it's likely to be worth any small amount extra to have the full protection of the policy.

Yeah we spoke about that a while back and decided to do it when the policy comes up for renewal
