I read in the German press that 307s have been spontaniously combusting all over Europe and I believe are subject to a recall.The advice is not park in your garage as this has burnt houses down, although this has been happening while people have been driving,no reason has been put forward as yet so just be careful you pug owners.

Sticky ignition switch, as mentioned in HJ's CBCB, and IIRC, was mentioned on an episode of Watchdog.

There is a recall around but it only applies to certain VIN nos and your dealer should have the details. The article I saw mentioned power steering and I think some 307s have electric power steering? Mine is hydraulic as per normal so I am not losing too much sleep over it.
