Ford Focus ST - insurance claim - thommo1952

hi

i had a claim settled in feb 14,i have just had a call to tell me i am entitled to more compensation because the laws changed in april 14,the other person admitted full liability is this the norm now, i'm not sure what to do there being so many scams out there,your advice would be appreciated

Cold caller who just happens to have hit on someone who has had a claim recently. Because of this the party thinks its true and the call is connected to their claim, it isn't.

The fact is the company will have called dozens of other people who haven't had an accident.

Only last week I had a call which went "according to our records, you had an accident 3 years ago and may be entitled to some money" .

No I didn't, I pressed the button on my call blocking gadget so their number won't get through again.
