A few years ago, this website was a real consumer champion advertising great deals from various dealers and brokers .

Over the past few years, coverage of such deals has dried up and replace with the rubbish, lazy manuacturer deals.

Anyway,

here are some deals on brand new Chevrolets that will even make Dacia owners shocked.

Tremendous value.

They have 200 Chevrolets in total to shift

Never thought I would ever be tempted by a cheapo GM car, but at these prices, the Cruze is bargain of the decade.

A brand new Peugeot 107 for £5995 is probably better value than a brand new chevrolet spark for £5450.

When they announced Chevrolet's closure in Europe, GM stated that UK stocks were low of all RHD Chevrolet models and I guess they won't import any more than they have to.

Yes, I heard stock is now very low with little chance of restock.

Those chevrolet sparks are now £4999 on the road brand new.

I know its not a great car, but if it lasts 5 years or more (should do) its an absolute bargain

5 years of driving such a charmless little car though. :(

I drove one in our fleet for a few months.

Going up hills was desperate. Change down a gear and the only thing that happened was the revs got higher and the noise was awful.

Well. i have given up on the trying to get anywherefast, and one of these days will give up driving, but the cruze in particular gets plenty of admiring looks, and it was a good deal (half price at 12 months old) , is cheap to insure, fuel economy is acceptable, and servicing is dirt cheap. my 3rd year service is £90 + vat + parts, main dealer allowing me to supply oil, It does what it says on the tin and it is basic budget motoring without the basic. it has aircon and 'leccy windows,a full size spare and a decent boot. 'Nuff said! I can afford bigger and/or better but like to keep my pennies for me and not give 20% 0f what i spend to HMRC .

It'll sell sure enoughm to someone to whom it means a lot just to be in a Mercedes, even though it's the basic model (a 1.6 isn't it?). There are so many cars I'd have for that price in preference to a basic German taxi.
