Yes it does but have a go with a garden hose in case you get lucky, you might be able to get in via the fuel level sensor and pick up pipe, and you might be able to disconnect the filler pipe as it enters the tank and feed a pipe in there.
I'd be more inclined to either jerry rig up some sort of electric fuel pump to the pipe on the inlet side of the fuel filter, or to disconnect the fuel return pipe and let the engine tick over whilst pumping the fuel into cans or another car, however it might take a couple of hours depending how quickly the return flows.
Dieselnuts suggestion is good too, if you can bodge the pump bore down to fuel pipe size.
