... if anyone spots a blue SEAT Toledo car with the registration A13 XEO, please let me know. Someone falsely used my address when starting an insurance policy for it - presumably so that he could drive around on the cover note then not be traced when time came to pay the premium! Same guy also tried the same trick with another vehicle, Y682 EVV, make unknown. I know the name he's using but no joy with DVLA or the boys in blue.

It seems he's tried the same scam with several insurers. I wonder if it's commonplace.
