Which 4x4 is most suitable for towing two horses in a trailer?

Which 4x4 would be the best for me? I need to be able to tow two horses in a trailer and would like a reliable, economical car that will be able to tow regularly and not burn out, costing me lots of money.

It will have to be a full size 4x4 because the loaded trailer will probably weigh 2500kg. That means a LandRover Discovery, Mitsubishi Shogun, latest model Hyundai Santa Fe manual or Kia Sorento manual, or the Toyota Land Cruiser LC.
