Can you recommend good roof bars that would fit my car?

I asked my dealership how much a pair of roof bars would cost for my new Citroen C4 Grand Picasso and was told that, because they take over an hour to fit, the cost of labour was as much as the bars - £240 in total. That's crazy. Can you recommend good roof bars that would fit my car?

We've tested various Thule roof bars in the past and always found fitting to be quite straightforward with a second pair of hands. They sell loads of different designs and fitment options so your best bet is to check online. The Thule website will tell you what fits your car, or you can visit Halfords. They may very well be able to fit the bars for less than your dealer too.
