Is this 2007 Kia Cee'd a good deal?

I have been offered a 2007 Kia Cee'd SW automatic petrol with 5500miles on the clock, registered to Kia with four years' warranty transferrable to me. Having read your reviews on Kia, I am tempted - does it look good value to you?
