My Citroen C4 HDI won't start - any ideas?

I have a Citroen C4 2.0 HDI and I'm having problems starting it. The ignition lights and the dash all turn on fine, but then when you try and start the car nothing happens. I have checked the battery and all of the fuses but they are all fine. I cannot locate the relays to check them, or any other fuses under the bonnet. Any ideas would be welcome.

The battery is too weak to light the glow plugs and turn the engine over. A diesel engine requires a much beefier battery than a petrol car. I'd say you need a new battery.
