Which medium car has the best back support and adjustable seating?

Could you please advise as to which medium-sized car has the best back support, which also allows for a range of adjustment?

Definitely not a Golf, A3, Leon or Octavia with sports seats that pinch an average driver's shoulders. I've had complaints about standard BMW seats in 1 Series and 3 Series. To get lumbar support you usually have to go for high spec like Titanium on a Ford, but I can't say off the top of my head which is best.
