Why are the seats in the BMW 1 Series so uncomfortable?
My wife and i recently bought a three-door BMW 1 Series. This vehicle should be sold with a health warning. The front seats have a hole in the upholstery right in the lumbar area, and are not fit for purpose. I have had many cars, yet none with a hole in the seat. BMW seem useless and unable to offer a solution.
