My Peugeot 307 HDI has a lot of problems. What can I do?

I bought my Peugeot 307 HDI 2-litre diesel just over a year ago and have had nothing but problems with it since I got it. The dealer turned out to be unreliable but as my car is financed he gets away with it! I have had to have a new alternator and just recently a new clutch and gearbox, which I am still paying for, and now I have only had the car back a week and the anti-pollution fault light is showing. I'm at my wit's end and out of money, but still having to pay for the finance. Can anyone help?

Too late. You have very strong rights against the dealer and the finance house jointly for the first six months from purchase. After that they greatly diminish. You also seem unable to describe your complaint adequately in simple, straightforward terms to present to a court, resorting instead to emotion. See here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights
