Can I get a refund after a workshop set my Volkswagen Polo's tracking wrong?

On Wednesday I went to a well-known workshop to get my 2007 Volkswagen Polo's tyres replaced. They said I only need to replace the front offside tyre. I remembered that last time my tracking went straight away, so I asked them to check this too (even though there was no problem before the tyre was replaced). They said it was out and said it was corrected.

Literally soon as I left the car veered to the left, the wheel replaced was drivers offside so I expected if anything it to go the opposite way. It got worse on the motorway. Next day, I took it back. I asked if the tracking wasn't done properly first time. The guy said that it was just so far out it needed to be done again. Lo and behold, as soon as I took it out again the tracking went to the left.

I returned my car yesterday and they said they would look again, and if it went again I would have to take it to the dealership. Should I bother asking for a refund?

If this workshop is a member then you could take it up with Motor Codes. But seems hardly worthwhile for £100. A proper laser tracking of the car alone would cost more than £100, so I can't figure out what they have actually done for so little money including the cost of the tyre.
