What cars have the most adjustable seating?

I am disabled and need a car soon with a very adjustable driving position. I would be happy buying an older car and likely to be doing low weekly mileage. I don't care about fuel consumption, only comfort. Any suggestions?

Volvo usually have the most seat adjustment. You need squab tilt and adjustable lumbar support as well as seat height and recline.
